Consent to process enquiry data

I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to GreenTrans Limited Liability Company (address: 6/2 Churilovsky Tupik, Smolensk, 214025) processing my personal data to review the enquiry I have submitted, contact me about it and prepare a response or freight quote.
This consent covers my name, email address, telephone number if provided, enquiry type, subject, message content and personal data I have included in it. The consent text version, time of acceptance and form from which the enquiry was submitted are also retained.
Permitted operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision to authorised employees and engaged technical contractors, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out by automated and non-automated means to the extent necessary to handle the enquiry.
The enquiry is stored in the website's server database and is available to the controller's authorised employees through a secure administration panel. Only a notification that a new enquiry is available, with a link to the panel, is sent to Telegram, without the name, contact details, subject or enquiry text.
This consent remains valid until the enquiry has been handled or until it is withdrawn, unless further processing is required on another legal ground. This consent does not cover advertising mailings, publication of my data or optional website analytics.
Consent can be withdrawn by sending a request to info@greentrans.net with the subject ‘Personal data’ or to the postal address: Office 25, 19 Churilovsky Pereulok, Smolensk, 214025. To locate the enquiry, it is sufficient to provide the email address used and the approximate submission date. Where there is a legal ground, processing may continue to the extent necessary.
Ticking the separate consent checkbox and submitting the form confirms my choice. The checkbox is not preselected. The personal data processing policy is available separately at https://www.greentrans.pro/privacy.
