Policy on the use of cookies

The processing of enquiry data is described in the separate personal data processing policy. Cookie settings do not constitute consent to process an enquiry.

Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit websites. They are widely used to make websites work, improve their efficiency and provide information to website owners.

Your cookie choice remains valid for up to 365 days. It is stored in a cookie and localStorage; after it expires, the previous permission no longer applies and the site asks you to choose again.

GreenTrans LLC uses cookies and similar technologies for the security, functionality and analytics of our website and, after separate permission for the marketing category, for Google Ads.

Google Ads uses advertising identifiers to measure and personalise advertising. We do not load the advertising tag until marketing cookies are permitted. When consent is withdrawn, we send Google a denial of advertising storage, data use and personalisation; the tag is blocked again on the next page load. Learn more in Google's information on data use on partner sites.

If you allow marketing cookies, the site stores your landing page and available UTM, gclid and yclid values in its own cookie for up to 365 days and links them to a submitted freight enquiry. Tags linked to the enquiry remain with it; they are not collected without permission. Job applications do not receive ad tags. Contact the controller to ask how long data already collected is retained.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data and GDPR requirements (for users from the European Union), we are required to inform you about the use of cookies and obtain your consent.

Your rights:

• You can change your preferences on this page at any time
• You can withdraw your consent at any time
• You can clear cookies in your browser settings
• You have the right to receive information about the data collected
